From our regional headquarters based in Zaventem (Brussels area), our team ensures the development and supports manufacturing of high-quality car interior components.
Responsibilities
- To ensure effectiveness of production in all plants of the Europe- Africa Region by doing production efficiency reporting, kaizen implementation and follow up.
- To analyze machine and equipment performance to improve operation availability.
- To have a view on production planning, volume vs. headcount relation, market trend effect on production elements.
- To standardize KPIs across the Europe- Africa region & to execute comparisons cross-regionally to address best practice (yokoten) items.
- To develop direct reports to customer about production problems in plants, obtaining information from the plants & following up systematically until the closure of the identified root causes.
- To host/support Quality & Production meetings at our manufacturing locations.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master in economics or in Technical field.
- You have a strong analytical skills and you can make decisions based on your conclusions.
- You are interested in production technologies; knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) is an asset. You have good communication & reporting skills.
- You speak English at a Business Proficiency level.
- You are flexible to travel (10-20% of the working time).
- You have a driving license.
